We know that what we do makes a difference and we have the statistics to support this, however because we have a holistic approach we are also concerned about how they feel about life. Capturing and measuring this is hard. Where we can we try and capture this using ladder outcomes but some of the best ways we know to see if we’ve made a difference is to hear directly from those we have helped through their stories.
Our unique approach means we carefully try and understand how people feel when they first ask for help to get off the street and then we measure this at intervals along their journey. This helps them and us to make sure for example they aren’t at risk of going back to the streets or their health is deteriorating for example.
How we organise the support we give rough sleepers.
